To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your app version, your device and operating system, and a short description of what happened.

Common questions

  • Manage or cancel a subscription: on your device, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Expensei.
  • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Export your data: in the app, go to Settings → Export Data to download a CSV ZIP.
  • Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account (see the link below).
